You don’t have to physically pat yourself on the back but give yourself the credit your due. Most Americans work hard every day come home stressed and look back at there day and say all I did was the impossible. No matter how hard they work they haven’t done enough. Go outside and play basket ball, do something active, have a tournament see who’s the best of the best. You can also just stay inside and play a board game. Pick one you haven’t played for a while and just have as much fun as you can with each other.
Build something with your hand create something out of clay. Lose yourself in a painting. It doesn’t matter if you’re good or drawing stick figures. Just try your best and make something that you know that you did the best you could. Try pottery, try painting try balloon sculpturing. Just try and you might find that your enjoy it.
